What we collect
When you book a desk, you hand us a name, an email, a date, your desk pick, and whether you are bringing a zine. When you join the print-run mailing list, you give us an email and nothing else. That is the whole list. We do not ask for an address, a phone number, or anything to do with money. no cards, no accounts
Why we keep it
Booking details let us hold the right bench on the right night and reach you if a night moves. Mailing-list emails go out roughly once a month with what we printed and which evenings filled up. We do not sell, rent, or trade your details, and we do not run ads against them.
How long we hold it
Bookings are cleared out after the night has passed and the shoebox is tidied — usually within a few weeks. You can leave the mailing list any time by replying to a note or asking a member at the counter, and we delete the email the same day. Ask us to erase a booking early and we will.
Cookies
This site keeps things light. We do not set tracking or advertising cookies and we do not embed third-party analytics that follow you around. Your browser may store small technical items to remember font loading and motion preferences; none of that identifies you. The mailing-list and booking forms send only what you typed, over a standard form submission.
Talking to us
Have a question about your details, or want them gone? Ask at the counter on any open night, or reply to a mailing-list note. We are a small volunteer crew, so give us a day or two, but we will always answer a plain request in a plain way. This policy may change as the shop changes; the current version is the one on the shelf.
